I've checked the hardware lists and there is no listing for my SPECIFIC mainboard past 10.5.7, and I'm wondering if anyone has installed Snow Lep on this yet!

I have not seen a packaged install guide for these boards but there are quite a few people using SL on P35 mobos. I have been using an EP35-DS3L and it all works very well. The lack of a detailed install guide means that you will need to tweak things yourself for whatever issues you find. I started from the LifeHacker install using a usb stick, so that may work on your system to get going. There are several threads, especially around DSDT editing to get things working better. The video card is very well supported so that won't be an issue. To get vanilla speedstepping (see the looooong thread) you will need to work on your DSDT as this is cpu+mobo specific (finding a good example can be helpful). Not sure about the netgear card- it depends what chipset is used, so you will have to dig a little for that.

Thanks a lot, you've been really helpful and I appreciate it a lot!

Could you be kind enough to post the kext and the DSDT.aml file here. I am using the exact same board as yours. But currently running Leopard 10.5.8.

thanks and regards.
