LG SATA DVD Drive avert that system shuts down....

hi folks,

 

i have some strange problems with my LG SATA DVD Drive.

 

if there is no disk in the drive, i can´t shut down the system !

snow showes the shutting down screen, but the pc won´t turn off.

when i boot in verbose, i can see that the system is unable to kill the drive.

 

 

and sometimes the drive completey stops working, even in windows.

then i have to unplug and replug the SATA wire to get it aworking again...

 

i already tryed a DSDT fix which cleaned the SATA section, doesn´t help either.

 

does anybody know how to fix this ?
