But no matter what kernel i choose i get stuck into a boot loop (9.7.0 Qoopz) Any ideas? I no longer have the iATKOS disc.. i gave it back to my friend.. I have an iPC disc, I can see and edit my hardrive in Windows, and I can get the Chameleon screen. Lord_Jeremy
I think I would try reinstalling Chameleon. Can you burn another copy of iAtkos from another machine? xXrkidXx
Up and running on 10.5.7, I did a clean install, because after I reinstalled all my drivers(from iATKOS, i got my friend to give it to me again..) I got my VoodooHDA Kp.. Which was FAMOUS on my iPC install. It said, ... modules in backtrace (with dependancies) org.voodoo.driver.VoodooHDA(0.2.1)@0x16db7000->0x1bdd8fff dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOPCIFamily(2.5)@0x122f6000 dependency: com.apple.iokit.IOAudioFamily(1.b.5fc3)@0x10b3e000 com.apple.iokit.IOAudioFamily(1.b.5fc3)@0x20b3e000 dependency: com.apple.kext.OSvKernDSPLib(1.1)@0x20b3b000 BSD Process name coressponding to current thread:kernel_task Mac OS Version: (the 10.5.7 one) 9.7.0 Voodoo Kernel The kernel is Qoopz... I dont understand how this could happen with a clean install(disk wiped, repartitiond) It was working before but now its KP'ing... please help! Lord_Jeremy
I take it you rebuilt the kext cache? Maybe you just got a bad install... Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/200461-please-help-wont-boot/#findComment-1349990 Share on other sites
