Hello! I need help trying to create a driver ati mobility 3470. I changed about 15 kext without success. Everything I've done is show me the name and the bios, the extension. This is all information that I got on my card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470

first why make 4 treads on it...

 

and 2 mobility WONT work. There is no support for the 3xx0 series in the mobility kext and the mobility that had the best chance tyo work is the 4650 and the apple model uses another connecter from the chip to the gfx on the imac then pc laptops uses so that dont have support also.

 

So to say it short.

 

Mobility is a dead end. And older mobility like the 3xx0 series that is 100% sure that it will never work.

Now 1280x800 resolution works on Ati mobility hd 2600.

 

And in other threats people work for qi/qe....

 

For Apple work only people how us, and maybe we find a good programmer here in the forum with a solution for our problems.
