Order2Chaos
All nforce3 boards have the problem , and the cause has been identified and the solution proposed in this thread(last few posts): http://forum.osx86project.org/index.php?act=ST&f=2&t=15250 That thread should really be stickied so anyone who might be able to port the FreeBSD source which would solve our problem can see it. The problem is with the AppleMTRRSupport.kext , we don't get an AGP port at all hence the slowdown with QE enabled and the overall crappy OpenGL performance in general. In Xbench my 9800 gets spanked by a GMA900 in OpenGL. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/19954-nforce3-slowdown/#findComment-131782 Share on other sites
