sve_n
Ok. I need some help. Real help. I’m stuck with my Sapphire Radeon HD4870 512mb referent version of graphical card. I tried every natit, every kext, every injector, every process on all forums considering this problem and I still get light blue screen. Here’s the thing. When light blue screen appears I see my mouse and nothing else until monitor turns off. I have to wait for screen saver and then screen to be turned off (by leopard) after I wake it up, voila, I get my desktop QE/CI working but no sleep. Nothing else works. Even so. If I start any fullscreen game, screen goes black and nothing is visible. After I exit game or switch to desktop, screen is again light blue. Also I read some posts on users getting dual monitor. HOW for the love of god??? Anyhow, one screen is connected via DVI-DVI cable directly to Radeon and other via DVI/D-Sub converter and then via D-Sub cable. Everything happens on iDeneb 1.6 (Leopard 10.5.8), Qoopz 9.7.0 kernel. Well the same thing happends on iPc 10.5.6. Rest of configuration is Asus M2N32-sli Deluxe motherboard with 5400+ BE CPU. 4Gigz of Gail DDR2, 2x320gb WB HDD’s and Belinea 20” 16:10 widescreen with 1680:1050 native resolution and as second screen some old Viewsonic 17”LCD with 1280:1024 native resolution. Does anyone have any idea what am I doing wrong here. I’m starting to feel depressed working in 1024:768 with no QE/CI Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/198928-help-needed-for-my-hd4870/ Share on other sites

Not working. I belive that works only on Snow Leopard. Still searching for solution. BTW. I found out that when i install all drivers and new natit i still get light blue screen (with full resolution and A MOUSE, that thing starts frustrating me) after reset, BUT once the screen goes to sleep and out of it i get my desktop. How weird is that? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/198928-help-needed-for-my-hd4870/#findComment-1340739 Share on other sites
