johnnytluxury
In my Gfs DellMac everything works like a champ, until I open GB 3. Im very familiar with sequencers, and know them in and out. I layed some notes on a instrument track, and when I play back, I see the meters jumping, but no sound. Same thing when I audition Apple Loops, no sound. This only happens with GB 3, so im sure its a problem in there. i read somewhere that GB uses a 2 channel sound config, whereas my AC97 audiuo solution had to be modded in order to work (channel 3 and 6, instead of the norm channel 1 and 2). Could that be it? If so, how do I fix it? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/19873-garage-band-3-no-sound/ Share on other sites

johnnytluxury
open audio midi setting from the utilities folder and set the soundcard back to 2 channels? No, I HAVE to have it set to 6 channel, just a negative about making a DellMac....
