1. Sony UX90 runs Palm OS 4.0.

2. OS 4.0 is designed for the Motorola Dragonball (EZ) series of processors.

One of the processors used inone of Palm's models was the 68040. Remember when Macs used 68000 Motorola processors as well?

3. You'd have to run PPC OSX, since only OS 5.0 and above use ARM processors. OS 4.0 Dragonball processors are big endian (highest bit first), like PPC and Mac 68000 processors, whilst Intel Macs are designed to run on x86 hardward, which is little endian (lowest bit first).

4. There isn't enough RAM, and access is painfully slow.

5. Even if you used a Memory Stick, VFS (Palm OS's external media interface) is painfully slower.

6. The Palm family doesn't have a MMU (memory management unit) which is why things have to be recompiled for it (see uCLinux).

7. You would have to install in VMWare or PearPC since there's no two points of entry for external media (RAM is too small to hold anything, and there's only one way of getting stuff in - Memory Stick. That is unless you'd like to install OS X by infrared.)
