zu1u Posted June 16, 2006 Share Posted June 16, 2006 currently my hackintosh has 2x1gb kingston 400 mhz ram i wanted to add another 2x256mb pqi 400 mhz [which i got around collecting dust] i installed the modules, and fire up the pc.. but after boot options [no matter which i do -v, -x, -s] i get a kernel panic, and something about an ACPI platform being wrong and such i've and ASUS A8N-SLI mobo with an AMD Athlon x64 3000+ cpu sse, sse2 and the Myzar 10.4.6 any ideas on what could be wrong, and how to fix it?
