quake Posted November 17, 2009 Share Posted November 17, 2009 I did some searches on this board and could not find anything on it. I'ts fairly new I think. It's the Gigabyte GA-MA78LM-S2 with AMD Athlon 64 2.8Ghz. Tried a few different distros--Kalyway, IPC, and another one, can't remember. Then I tried Iatkos v7 and it loaded fine. I did no Bios mods, just formatted with disk utility and it booted up. So far, my ethernet worked out of box. I havent played much yet to see what else. I did have to plug in my usb KB, but the PS2 voodoo kext should fix that. It's running a little slow but that's due to only having 1GB ram. I will try fix that tomorrow. I will play with this board a little more and report more of how it goes. I am going to swap Hard drives and then try Iatkos v4 which is supposed to be for AMD only and see how that goes.
