first, I want to update itunes to the latest so i can do the homesharing with my music. i want to share it to my hackintosh. it needs to update.. so i run an update the first time.. and then restarted and i got a b0 error. so i reinstalled it all. i tried to update software and clicked out of any system updates. i only got quicktime, airport, and itunes updated this time. same error. quick time is the only thing you need to restart to update. would that be the problem? i really dont know what makes that error. it works perfectly until i update adn reboot. help please?

thanks in advance,

Nekrose

Hmm. I can't say I know what's causing this, but another user reported a similar problem before in this thread. Can you boot up with your install disk and run disk utility on the OS X install? If it reports errors, chances are you've got the same issue. Also, are you using a non-Apple kernel? If so, it could have something to do with the stuff mentioned in this thread, the CPUID {censored}. What type of CPU and motherboard do you have?
