mos def
Hello, I installed 10.4.3 after obtaining the "Mac OSX x86 10.4.3 build 8f1111 patched with Wesley's patcht" torrent. I burned the iso to a DVD. I booted up the DVD. I did a clean install. OSX loads, but I can't really open any programs like iTunes. When I do open iTunes, the screen darkens, and a message appears and says "you must restart you computer." Also, OSX doesn't detect my ethernet hardware in my notebook. Please help. I've searched, and I can't really find solutions tangible to my problem. bofors
That is called a "kernal panic".I think you need to try a different version of OSx86. I am not sure what to recommend, see if you can find a report of what works on a similiar Dell laptop.
