Bit of help?

Hi guys.

 

I know I'm new to the forum and shizz, but don't say "ZOMFG IT'S A N00B DOOD, LET'S BURN IT WITH FIER.". I found a tut on installing iATKOS v7 on YouTube. The video said to go to Utility > Disk Options(Or something like that, I'm not on it now, so I don't know..) > Right click on my disk and press erase. That would be all fine and good if I didn't get an error. I have 2 disks under the main disk at the top, I don't know if that's the problem. It said something like... "Unable to erase" or something like that. I've tried numerous things, none of which were states in this forum or a website, I was just messing around to see if I could figure it out first. <-- That didn't turn out well. Anyway, any ideas?

There are a lot of very well written and concise install guides on this forum. The guides are basically motherboard based - Use google and search with "insanely mac" "your motherboard model"

 

Also use the wiki to see if your hardware is compatible.
