WarWraith Posted June 14, 2006 Share Posted June 14, 2006 OK, so I was trying to install Omni's Callisto driver and bricked my laptop. He's got the instructions to boot to single user mode and remove the Callisto .kext. Problem is, for the life of me I can't get to the boot prompt, as it just goes from Acronis to:- Loading Darwin/x86 * (spinner) to Apple boot screen to "You need to Reboot" How do I get to the boot prompt (I've searched the forums, I just can't seem to locate the answer) Help me Obi-Wan Kenobi... gwprod12 Posted June 14, 2006 Share Posted June 14, 2006 I think you can hold down control when you see "Darwin/OS X" (or even before), and it will give you a prompt. But I'm not sure.
