Sam0r
Is there any way to disable the track pad? If so, try disabling it, and using a USB or PS2 mouse. alexp
yes i already disabled it, but the problem is not the trackpad, but the card reader..and there's no way to disable it Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/1967-fujitsu-amilo-pro-notebook-and-patched-dvd/#findComment-13988 Share on other sites
speech
I have done minor progress. Now I'm stucked like you with this trackpad, because I think it is the trackpad : last line before freeze. EDIT : I've renamedApplePS2Controller.kext and now there is no problem with the trackpad, but with VGA: Family specific matching fails (but it's due to ATI video card). I have disabled the trackpad in the bios. ...it wasn't the right thing to : I lost the keyboard :-D Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/1967-fujitsu-amilo-pro-notebook-and-patched-dvd/#findComment-14536 Share on other sites
alexp
I have integrated intel video card, so i think the problem is not the gfx card.. I also tried to disable the trackpad from the bios, but the installer locks when ir recognizes the card reader...and there's no way to disable that thing... konkeydong
bump I'm using the same laptop, and had the same problem. It definitelt is caused by the card reader, but it will install if you stick with it. You need to keep powering the machine off, then rebooting off the dvd again, and eventually it will install. Once the installer starts to run, you're home and dry, it'll boot every time, however, if you are trying to get it done using one of the disk images, like the deadmoo one, i don't think you'll ever get it to boot. speech
GREAT NEWS : 10.4.3 BF1099 + Maxxuss 1.1 patch is working with, I think, 3D support (50 fps at openGL Xbench test). Install with mach_kernel.nonx Ethernet OK, sound OK, no wifi 1024*768 instead of 1280*800, but it works.
