RomanN
Hello. I have a bit question about starting hackintosh. I've installed snow leopard on my PC laptop, but after installation I can't start it. I saw in some tutorials that I can use some boot loaders (e.g. chameleon) to solve my issue, but they need a real MAC using :-(. Are the any work around? Thanks, Roman Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/196537-how-to-boot-snow-leopard-hackintosh/ Share on other sites
mrmomoman
I am not an expert as I am just learning. I got this to work but be leaving the bootload on the dvd rom drive and let it boot up from there and then into the OSX. I haven't learned how to create the bootloader. I know there are programs that will allow for multi-boot but for the moment you can try this method. I used the snow Darwin.iso and burned it onto the CD to boot from it and then into the OSX. I am running it in VM ware right now but its not as fast and I am having problems with the Preview program not displaying pictures. It loads them but it does not display them.
