After much looking and tweaking finally got my Zydas1211b usb WIFI dongle working with Snow Leopard (Vanilla with EmpireEFI install)

- Download the Snow Leopard Drivers for WI-FIRE from http://www.hfield.com/customer-service/

http://www.hfield.com/download/Wi-FireInstaller_Mac_1_1.zip

- Install them and reboot

- I'm using the Zydas Wireless Lan configuration utility app, but I think i got that from an older zydas installer for Leopard (look for the Zydas 1211b Leopard drivers)

- You must choose the Wifi on the Wireless Lan Config utility and select the WPA/WEP settings, then check your settings under System's network preferences for DCHP etc.

That should do the job!
