mikewill57
Try booting using various flags: "-v -x -f cpus1" any of those solo or a combination of some may get you going. And one another question: now i am inside the system already, but i have some different color scratches on the screen (it seems like no video driver). my video card is Radeon X1600PRO 256MB. mikewill57
Can't help you there, try searching around. FYI, try -v cpus=1. Using -x puts you in to "safe mode" and I think there's some things that you can't do in that. Again, not 100%, but you want to be booting without flags ideally. mikewill57
Yeah, don't think I've seen that, and I don't know what you mean by smtg. Sorry. I would say that mine can kinda act funny at the first boot before setup. I found it would work best if my laptop had been off and not in use for a bit, like I'd install distro at night, go to sleep, then run the setup in the morning. Also having my wireless switch & nothing plugged into USB helped too. Or it seemed to, it could have just been the placebo effect.
