Hey!

I try to install iDenebv1.5.1 10.5.7 on my rig:

- Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, not overclocked

- Abit IP35 Pro, Eist and C1E is deactivated (is that right??)

- 500 Gb Samsung HDD, running over S-ATA in IDE-Mode

- 8800 GT 512

- Creative X-FI. There are no drivers for this card, do i have to take it out of my PC or can it stay, unused?

- 4 Gb of RAM.

So what do i have to select to make it run probably?

It was running yesterday, but without sound, so i tried to reinstall it. Now it wont boot anymore. The Bios-Settings aren't changed.

Do i have to select NVDarvin512 and NVInjection 512? I choosed the newest Kernel, the iDeneb Packages, the ICH0-Fix Mainboarddriver, ALC 888 and AppleAzillaFix. Anything else?

Yeah, i have read these threads, but i found no help in there. Perhaps it's the best idea to organize the OSX-DVD out of these Threads an follow one of these guides.

But first i want to try my old Creative Audigy 2 ZS, perhaps Sound is working with it.

Any other ideas/tipps?

Hey!

Okay, iDeneb is running. But only for one time.

I've installed with this settings:

- Chameleon V2

- 9.7.0 Vanilla Kernel

- Creative Soundblaster (for my new-old Audigy 2 ZS)

- ICHx Fixed

- NVinject 512 Mb

I tried a lot of Bios-Settings, but it seems to make no difference what i choose there. The CPU is at stock clock, i lifted the voltages a bit to be sure, that the system is stable. On Windows/Linux it is.

So the OS-X boots up, great, with sound. I can mount .dmgs and the LAN-connection is working well.

But:

- The PC doesn't turn of

- The PC isn't able to reboot

- When i turn of the PC, it does not boot anymore. It only boots, if i choose "ignore Bootcaches".

Has anyone an idea what i could do better? Should i choose a other DVD instead of iDeneb?
