I was trying to dual boot osx 10. 5 on my windows 7 pc. The steps were similar to vista. I went to disk manager and allocated 48 gb to another partition, then made the partition active. When I rebooted now I can't boot from either partition because it says boot manager is missing. All I can do now is hit ctrl alt delete and reboot. What can I do?

In order to boot windows:

set the windows partition as active

boot to Windows7 install DVD, and repair MBR http://www.ehow.com/how_4836283_repair-mbr-windows.html

In order to boot both Windows and OS X:

install a boot loader (Chameleon, EasyBCD, Grub or other)

setup bootloader's menu if necessary

boot to Windows7 install DVD, and repair MBR

set the windows partition (or OS X partition if a Chameleon is installed) as active
