Hi everybody,

I installed Palm Desktop into my JaS 10.4.6, but then it cannot perform a hotsync operation. Then I enable iSync conduit, but I get the same result. Then when I look into hotsync connection setup, there's no available connection there. As far as I can remember, in Windows, the hotsync connection setup displays usb and serial connections. Why there's no connection hotsync could recognize even after I restart. I'm using Tungsten T3 with cradle usb and also has a bluetooth attach to my PC.

Thanks

Palm really is notorious for abandoning products only a short while after they come out with some newer model. I guarentee you'll never see a universal app from Palm for any devices made before mid 2006, if they even have universl apps for their newest models at all. Even aside from that, finding actual downloads on their site is a headache itself.

you're right ! i tried to sync with missing sync and et viola...but I just wonder why missing sync recognize my usb connection while hotsync manager doesn't ? does anybody know ?

Thanks

So did you try the PPC version of Palm Desktop that soundboy found, or did you just stick with using Missing Sync?
