elenore19
My internet works fine through ethernet cable. But when trying through wireless it doesn't acquire the network address. I've tried using the IP/subnet/defaultgateway that my ethernet gets, but it doesn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks. Other info... Windows XP Professional through Boot Camp with Leopard 10.5.8. Any other info you need, let me know. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/195589-not-acquiring-ip-address-through-wireless/ Share on other sites
curlyboy
You could try changing channel on the modem/router that the wireless is using , check signal strength too Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/195589-not-acquiring-ip-address-through-wireless/#findComment-1318595 Share on other sites

Will it effect other computers that use the modem/router for wireless?
