nandox5
I need help installing leopard on my system. i have a Pentium® Processor 2.8Ghz with sse, sse2, sse3. my motherboard is asrock p4i65g. i have 2gb of ddr ram running at 400 mhz. Gforce 5 fx 5200 Nvidia 128 Mb card AGP card. or Integrated Video Graphics.. im using iPC 10.5.6 Pff6 Final.. 2 out of 20 tries worked. but sound wasnt working, so after tryin to install the kext for sound the system crashed, so i had to re install.. after re install, it would not boot. can someone tell me what selections to choose from "customize" that will work with my system? i also have atkios v7, but it doesnt have as much as "customization" as iPC... i was able to install mac on other systems, but my personal computer.. its pain in the asRock. any help is greatly appreciated.. i currently use XP.. but i need mac to do some firmware modifications for my iphone.. (since the program is only for mac) thanks in advanced. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/195350-cant-install-leopard-asrock_p4i65g/ Share on other sites
vilpostus
iPC 10.5.6 Kernels>Voodoo, StageXNU Chipset>IntelICHxSATA Alternate desablers>Remove AppleIntellCPUPowerManagment.kext PS/2 device support (if you use PS2 mouse&keyboard) AppleSMBIOS patch>AppleSMBIOS 28 Applications>EFI Studio, OSx86Tools, Pacifist, Perian, MKext Tool, NTFS-3G I suggest not to install any VGA/LAN/WLAN/Sound driver. Install them later. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/195350-cant-install-leopard-asrock_p4i65g/#findComment-1317075 Share on other sites
