hey everyone, i installed iAtkos v7 10.5.7, got everything to work, video, and sound, but my sound seems to crack alot, and when i try to change the setting, a get a panic freeze, can anyone help me with this. I have an IDT HDA sound, which is an onboard sound

Try another driver, like VoodooHDA. Be sure to uninstall any previous sound driver before installing a new one.

would like to help me with that, my knowledge about hackintosh, is what i should have in my comp system to run mac, but when it comes to kext, and extensions. thats what i need help with. so if you can, can you give me some advice and help with that.

To remove a driver (kext in OS X terms) go to /System/Library/Extensions and find the Audio kext you have installed. Remove it. Download/install OSx86Tools. Download VoodooHDA. Use OSx86Tools to install it (install kext button). Then open the disk utility and click repair permissions.

Be sure to backup extensions using OSx86Tools before any manipulations with /System/Library/Extensions!!!
