dias_161
hi, i'm trying to install the IPC Leopard on my Compaq Presario sr2150nx, but have had no success. I was wondering if anyone can give me a hand. I have a bootable DVD of it, but when i run the "-v" command, it always says "still waiting for root device" and if i dont use the "-v" it'll just go to the apple screen and stay there. the computer's specs can be found here http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/ca/en/ho/WF...3-79917661.html only difference is that i also have the Nvidia 8600GT o there if anyone can help me out, i'd really appreciate it Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/194468-help-installing-mac-os-x-1056-on-compaq-sr2150nx/ Share on other sites

FakeISay
Try using this string "-x -y -z cpus=1". If that fails reboot and try "-s -x". If that fails too, try "-x" alone. Remember, take out the quotes. You also might want to try the above users tips.
