codylo Posted October 20, 2009 Share Posted October 20, 2009 I have a SL installation using retail disc on my EP35 board with NVidia card runs smoothly, but on my other spare PC, which is a HP DC5700/Q963/C2D E4300. I have installed Chameleon RC3 with PC-EFI 10.3, with these in /E/E: Disabler fakesmc NullCPUPowerManagement OpenHaltRestart PlatformUUID On a small partition and the SL disc image on another partition, I can boot into the Chameleon bootloader, and choose the drive to boot, which is the SL disc. I checked in verbose mode an dit always hangs at Hangs at ACPI:System State [s0 S3 S4 S5] (S3) Is there any clue on fixing this issue? Thanks!
