chill will
Hello this is my problem I installed 10.5.6 on my Asus P5K-SE and it worked perfect until I try to upgrade to 10.5.7 upon doing that I got the waiting for device root error. I try to fix that but I could never get it to boot. So I re-formated the hard drive sata drive 500 gigs and try to reload 10.5.6 it comes up "boot plist not found." I have reloaded formated try every kernel there was but still the same thing, I try using a different hard drive, I burn a different dvd, I reformat at lease 10 times, I try unpluging my dvd's that was in the IDE, after installation.. This has got me.. I install it perfect doing the same thingthe first time, but now I just get the "com.apple boot plist error I even reflash my bios and just default setting. My set up is as following 4 sata drives 2 dvd's IDE 4 quad which i use cpus=1 on installation 4 gigs of memory and a nVidia GForce 8800 GT 768 my bios is 901 in which I use the first time and it worked fine. If anyone know how to fit this please let me know THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY... Thanks in advance for any help Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/192783-boot-plist-not-found/ Share on other sites
