Crashes on retail install !

Hi all ! I'm running osx 10.6.1 without any problems (my sig) installed on one HD and WinXP on another HD swithing from one to another thanks to chameleon V2RC3.

The only thing is that I sometimes get a complete freez of SnowLeopard cannot do anything but restart hardware, then when i go back to SL and go look at the console i can read this :

It happens mostly when I play games...

Anyway, what does this "DumPanic "means ?

I guess it is causing the mac to freez, any ideas of how to get rid of these freezes !!?
