Would everything work? Treky Posted October 21, 2009 Share Posted October 21, 2009 Hi, I think it will not work. 1st I have tried one time to boot from the built in hardisk of my macbook (10.5) with a PowerMac G4 over Firewire (Target disk mode) > failed 2nd your harddisk must be formated as "Apple Partion Map" to boot up a PowerMac - you have probably a GUID or MasterBoot record scheme. 3rd I'm not sure whether the code is completely universal or not.
