Is it possible to get display mirroring working with the intel gma950s? I'm running 10.6.1 on by acer aspire one, extended display works fine but when checking the 'mirror display' box both screens turn to garbage (although, oddly, the pointer displays fine).

I thought it was related to the odd resolution of the acer's screen (1024x600) but when adding the same resolution to my other display using switchresx I get the same problem.

One other thing to note is that if I connect via VNC and enable display mirroring the same happens in the vnc session - not sure if this is pointing to an issue with the drivers or not.

Has anyone got this working? I've googled and can see others with the same problem with no resolution.

Thanks
