kalel83 Posted October 15, 2009 Share Posted October 15, 2009 won't load on first boot. not sure what to try now.. 9.7.0 Qoopz that I swapped out for Voodoo.Based.XNU.980.v2, but still has same problem tried making a dsdt.aml and dropped it into /, same problem still tried cpus=1, -f, maxmem 2048, same problem still updated bios, same problem still it installs fine, under Qoopz and Voodoo and these problems occur on first boot. iDeneb v1.5.1, also used IATKOS v7 same problem Chameleon 1.0.12 ATANForceATA, NVdarwin 512MB System Specs AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ MSI K8NGM2-FID (Nforce 430, ALC880) NVIDIA 8500 GT, onboard disabled Samsung Sata Drive. 1TB Nforce 430 No usb hub attached, only usb logitech mouse and microsoft keyboard keyboard. kalel83 Posted October 17, 2009 Author Share Posted October 17, 2009 Got it working with iATKOS v7 thanks for the link, das human no dsdt chameleon 2 nvidia sata voodoo 9.5 usb fix turned out installing with no video driver, and using rd=disk0s1 got me into first boot. then got on net and installed nvkush got the 8500 gt purring.
