Alright, I'm having the same problem here.Still wating for root device is a problem when your SATA driver is not loaded.

iATKOS may not support your SATA chipset. Try checking up a program on Windows: CPU-Z. Download Here. And once you installed it, Check the Mainboard tab. Tell us your info. You may also want to try another build. iPC 10.5.6 and/or Kalyway 10.5.2 may have a support for your chipset.

 

Can you edit your BIOS? If your system contains IDE hard disk or DVD-RW then you would need to mess with your jumper settings.

You're right, I had problems with SATA instaling Windows XP, and I can't change my BIOS (I have tried it before) so I decided to install iPC 10.5.6 wich is now downloading, It might be better because it has more drivers
