MSImobo Posted October 10, 2009 Share Posted October 10, 2009 Hi! I'm kinda new at this x86 thing. I finnaly got Leopard 10.5.7 on my PC, but I still have to boot with the cpus=1 flag. How can I enable all the cores on my quadcore cpu? I've read something about DSDT Pacher, but I don't understand what to do with it. Can somebody please healp me? Im currently using Chamelone v2. I also tryed fassels DSDT pacher, but I dont know what to do with the dsdt.aml file. If its just placing it on the hard drive, it didnt worked for me. I also tryed enable HPET and ACHI in the bios. No luck... Where do I put the dsdt.aml file? Is there any kext I need to replace? I red something aboute a diablo kext in some tutorial, but I don´t know if that was to enable the cores... Anybody know anything aboute this issue, please healp!
