3. Can I update 10.4.5 or 10.4.6 for mac os x86?

4. I don't have more application (imovie, idvd, iphoto, dvd player, and more....) how to i install them all application?

thanks

1. ATI update? What ATI update? Try Callisto

2. You can't.

3. Download 10.4.5 or 10.4.6 install iso.

4. For iMovie, iDVD, iPhoto, download and install iLife '06. DVD player is included in 10.4.4, 10.4.5, 10.4.6...

where I download 10.4.5 or 10.4.6 install iso? on torrent or apple website?

I don't know what update package is that... I said 'install iso' - that means the full installation dvd (4.3GB)...

About the display, have you tried Callisto? If Callisto it's not working (although I don't see why it shouldn't...), you can add your resolution to 'com.apple.Boot.plist' from /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration.

Hi,

on website callisto, and download latest version...I read this:

"In the value field of the same key replace the hex values there with the ones from your EDID, making sure that the < and > remain on the ends. You will see my original value there, it's the EDID for Apple Cinema Display 20". Once done, save the file with File/Save.

Here's an imaginary EDID string, just so you see how it looks like:

00 FF FF FF FF FF FF 00 10 AC 19 A0 4C 56 52 31 0D 10 01 03 80 2B 1B 78 EE EE 91 A3 54 4C 99 26 0F 50 54 A5 4B 00 81 80 71 4F 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 7C 2E 90 A0 60 1A 1E 40 30 20 36 00 B2 0E 11 00 00 1A 00 00 00 FF 00 48 46 37 33 30 36 33 52 31 52 56 4C 0A 00 00 00 FC 00 44 45 4C 4C 20 32 30 30 37 57 46 50 0A 00 00 00 FD 00 38 4C 1E 53 0E 00 0A 20 20 20 20 20 20 00 33"

I have two of types like:

In the message above you asked about two differnet ways of entering the monitor id.

I have copied them here:

I am asking ... which of these two are the right way of entering the monitor information?

Or ... is there another?

I used Mointor Asset Manger 1.26 and PlistEdit Pro and Open callisto.kext then scroll down like better this:

<key>CRT,EDID</key>

<string>00 FF FF FF FF FF FF 00 10 AC 0F 51 35 45 30 33 23 0A 01 02 0E 21 18 96 EB 0C C9 A0 57 47 9B 27 12 48 4C A4 43 00 61 59 45 59 A9 40 31 59 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 C3 1E 00 20 41 00 20 30 10 60 13 00 38 EA 10 00 00 1E 00 00 00 FF 00 36 32 37 31 52 30 38 4C 33 30 45 35 0A 00 00 00 FC 00 44 45 4C 4C 20 50 37 38 30 0A 20 20 20 00 00 00 FD 00 30 78 1E 55 FF 00 0A 20 20 20 20 20 20 00 48</string>

and I copy EDID string ID of 128 hex long code (see below) and save it ..that it and work!
