iamcamiam Posted June 5, 2006 Share Posted June 5, 2006 alright, i've got to the point where i press any key to run darwin and the white splash screen displays and the time thing starts rotating but eventually a no sign in a white square pops up (something like this... ) anyone have a clue what problem I might be having now? U.C. Posted June 5, 2006 Share Posted June 5, 2006 It means its giving the still waiting for root device error in the background Put -v and -x in the bootup switches. Press F8 just befor OSX starts to enter switches.
