KariNeko
It seems to work using the graphics enabler option on boot.plist with Netkas PCEfi 10.3 bootloader. ghola
It seems to work using the graphics enabler option on boot.plist with Netkas PCEfi 10.3 bootloader. Thanks, Actually I got it to work useing a strange method, I DL'd a boot disc for my Dell1520, but I got it at a thread not sure where; I labeled the disc Inspiron 6400, so that must be the threads name. I was looking for a way to install Snow on my 1520 and this boot CD didn't work for me(wasted many discs trying different boot discs the 1520) so I thought to start trying some discs that were going into the garbage. It worked perfect, but I tried it when I had my ATI Rage128 in a PCI slot, then after I got the OSX installed I used Enabler_for_Nvidia_and_multiple_ATI_cards.pkg. Rebooted with my Vapor X 4870 1 GB and it was at 1920x1200x32 right off the start and working drivers!!! I read so many posts to get this working and all I needed was an old boot disc ment for a old Dell laptop and a PCI card. Oh 1 thing, I havn't found ALC889a kext that works yet.
