DappleBook Posted September 28, 2009 Share Posted September 28, 2009 This is a first. I've done 4 successful hackintosh installs so far, but haven't seen this before. I got into the habit of turning off my Monitor instead of using screensavers. This time, if I shut the monitor off, it will not bring my desktop back up when turned back on. This happens even if I shut it off and try to turn it back on right away. I get a light blue screen but no desktop appears. I know the computer is not going into sleep mode.
