PLEASE! PLEASE! little help on core i7/ud5 rig

Hi everyone

 

 

 

I have searched everywhere and cannot find any install discs for snow leopard

 

 

 

i am on a core i7 system. using ex58-ud5 m/b

 

 

 

i am not familiar with loading kexts or any other files seperate to the install disc instelf and therefore wanted a dvd installer with everything required

 

 

 

i know there is iatkos v7 but when i install it; even though its fantastic after install, it does seem to freeze during the apple logo screen after doing the live software update to 10.5.8

 

 

 

can anyone help on this please?

 

 

 

i think the mickey mouse giude explains that this does happen after a 10.5.8 update, however by reinstalling 'Remove TyMCE' fixes this. in my case, i tried installing it again upon restart before loading up 10.5.8 as i knew it would freeze again. but when installing it it said failed. and still when trying to boot, it froze anyway

 

can anyone relate on this please. it seems none of my posts or topic have any importance here
