Ok, so I downloaded iATKOS v7, and I've been using these instructions. It sounded easy but five minutes into it and I'm already stuck. The "Pick Your Destination" window is blank, and that's when I realized I should ask for help instead of risking losing valuable data.

I currently have three hard drives, with two partitions each. Windows 7 RTM is my primary OS. I have Vista installed too, but I don't use it anymore so I don't care if I won't be able to boot into it again. The only reason why I keep it around is because I use the programs and data from that partition.

Here's a screenshot of my current hard drive setup:

The guide I've been using seems helpful but it's not very detailed. I like to know why I'm entering these commands it mentions so I have an understanding of what I'm doing.

Given my situation, help is greatly appreciated.

Hey there, you will need to go into the Disk Utility, sorry can remember the name, i think its in options, and format the partition to osx format, i think its ext3. you need to do this so you can see the partition to install onto. after format, close and the install should startup again, and show you the OSX partition.

No it is HFS+ , ext3 is for linux

--------------------------------------

1. Disconnect Disk 1 and Disk 2 cables, just to be safe

2. Now with only Disk 0, load Aitkos disk and once it loads, go to disk utility and erase the unallocated 40GB partition with Mac Os Extended (Journaled) = this is HFS+, name it Leopard

3. Install Leopard. do not use Chameleon but XieZhy instead.

4. Once Leopard load nicely and you'e done with all the register, off the computer

5. Connect cable DIsk 1 and 2, ON the computer

6. Quickly Press F2 or what ever to go to BIOS, make sure DISK 0 boots 1st, save it done.

Boot Think will boot and show all the HDDs. They all should boot nicely.

download the latest Boot Think for mac and install in Leopard. Thats all.
