Hi there!

I'm thinking about to re-partition my drive like this (because i want to use osx as my default os):

On 300 GB (˝280 GB to use) Disc:

40 GB Primary with HFS+ and Mac OS X86 (Active)

˝200GB Primary with HFS+ for Files, Movies, Audio etc.

30GB Primary with NTFS for Windows XP

2GB Extended with Linux Swap*

8GB Extended with Linux ext3*

so my problem is:

1. I want to share my files with Windows

2. when the 200GB partition would be FAT32, files cant be >4GB

3. when its NTFS i can't write under mac os and linux

4. when its HFS+ (like this example) i cant read/write under windows EXEPT there's a windows driver for HFS+

I tried macOpener but it didnt work. maybe theres another tool???

is it right that you can read/write HFS+ under Linux (with special kernel extensions???)

how do you have partitioned your drive(s) and share your files with other OS?

MacDrive on Windows will allow it to read/write the 200 GB HFS+ drive.

Linux HFS+ support: http://sourceforge.net/projects/linux-hfsplus

Ive downloaded MacDrive 6.12 but for the love of god, I can't find a way to make my HFS+ partition be seen anywhere in Windows. Is there a different version of MacDrive that I'm not aware off?

There is a new update to MacDrive to 6.13:
