Hello everyone.I have a PC and I want Mac 10.6 on it,after endless Windows adventures. In sooner time,I'll get 4 GB RAM and mine good old Win XP x86 won't recognize it.So can Mac 10.6 x86 see that 4 GB RAM or not?I'll need some instructions on installing Mac 10.6,trough...Will games work on it?So many questions...OK mine config is:

AMD Athlon II X2 250 3.1 Ghz

Asus 4770 512MB

Gigabyte MA770-UD3

320GB Hitachi...

I think that's enough.Thanks in advance.

gday dude,

bout the ram i can tell ya it recognizes up to 16 Terabyte of RAM so theres no problem with your 4 gig.

about installing i cannot tell you much cause i have really no experience with amd processors.

ehm about the games there are quite a lot. just google for mac and games ; ) ftw or just look here for a brief sum up

Games at Apple

so for your installation i would recommend you just to search the forum a little bit feeding the search engine with your mobo and maybe amd ^^

so good luck dude

Is there any pre-made snow leopard that works with AMD processor instead going threw every details on how to do it. Would it not be simplier if someone already done it and make an iso out of it?

just try this :)SL AMD

but you could have found this on your own ; ) just using the search engine with the keywords "10.6 amd" just read the first three thread and stumbled upon this link ; )

search ftw : )

Does games (especially newer ones) work on Mac 10.5?And I heard that Windows programs work on Mac.Is that true?

concerning the games it depends whether the producer includes a mac portation or the will be made one later on. but you can run nearly every windows programm parallel to mac os x by using a software like Parallels Desktop
