Beerkex'd
Wrong, there is no need to change drivers. The drivers that come with OSX are fine as they are. Don't try to help newbies if you don't know what you are talking about, they are confused enough already. Maybe what you meant to say is change "Injection method" or injector kext, but if he already had working QE/CI it shouldn't be necessary. to the OP: Plug your monitor into the other output on the video card. Use a DVI-VGA adapter if you have to. So my suggestion was to reinstall it. I do not know which injectors/driver were used. If stock only drivers do support the card - I do apologize for misinformation. I didn't mean to confuse anybody by any means. Beerkex'd
If you change resolution with only one monitor plugged in and it's plugged in to the secondary port, this exact thing will happen, whether you use modified or unmodified drivers and no matter what injection method you use. Therefore the first advice you give to someone experiencing this problem should always be "use the other output", because it's better to try the simple things first. Like when you look in the troubleshooting section of the manual for your coffee machine, the first thing they ask is "is it plugged in?"
