Hi all,

I've been trying to get Quartz Extreme to work on my ASUS N10Jc laptop, which has an NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS (10de:06e9) with 256MB ram, running 10.5.8 (10.5.5 install and then upgraded).

I have tried a lot of things, EFI string, NVinject, NVinstaller, NVenabler, Nvidia Universal Installer, Natit, AquaMac Nvidia, but the best it could do was having display resolution changing working, which allows 1024x600. QuartzGL is also working. HDMI also works. But just not Quartz Extreme.

Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot.

Pigeon.

Just tried CoreVidia too, same, no Quartz Extreme.

I notice CoreVidia has the pci id that matches my card (10de:06e9), but it didn't help either.

Update:

It's working! I was trying CoreVidia 1.2 and it didn't work for whatever reason. I was a bit desperate so I decided to give 1.1 a try, and it worked with Quartz Extreme.

Now this would be the end of my monologue ;)
