Radu88
Hy there, I'm a absolute beginner to MAC OS X. Today I manage to install the iPC OSX86 10.5.6 PPF5 (Final) on my HP 6710b notebook. My compuer configuration is: CPU Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 2.0 GHz 2 GB RAM Hitachi 120 GB SATA Intel GMA 965 with GMAX3100 video card network Broadcom Netlink 1693 (BCM5787A) I select from the driver list : - Legacy Time Machine Fix -none for Video Driver (although there was a Intel GMAX3100 driver) -Chipset Drivers Intel ICHx SATA Drivers -Audio Drivers AD1981 -Ethernet Drivers AppleBCM5751Ethernet -Wireless Drivers Intel PROSet/Wireless 3945 -USB Drivers Patched USB Drivers -Power Management AppleACPIBatteryManager, VoodooPower , Clamshell Display Support -Fixes and Patches SATA Drive Icon Fix (New) , PS/2 Keyboard Fix -Alternate Bootloaders Chameleon with DSDT/Custom Boot Picture -Applications I followed the steps on this site http://tgrounds.blogspot.com/2009/04/leopa...on-your-pc.html and everything went good. ...BUT ...after I "play" little time with "my new" OS I can't setup my network connection. .......and the CPU FAN is not working correctly: it's set up in BIOS for FAN always ON when is on AC power. (the battery is removed from laptop). I'm afraid that the CPU will be very hot in short time!! From time to time, the FAN turn on, but I want it to be always ON. HOW CAN I DO THAT??? Is there an option somewhere? Thx very much.
