radekge Posted September 13, 2009 Share Posted September 13, 2009 Hello, I have a laptop which at home I connect to an external 24" monitor using d-sub and external usb keyboard. Everything works great, however, OS X says that I have 2 displays connected even when I close my laptop and it's display turns off. Is there any way I can make OS X use ONLY my external monitor? I can use mirror mode but then my resolution is limited to my internal lcd resolution (1440x900 instead of 1920x1080 of my external monitor).
