Xhayn
Hello ! I have a conflict between my M-audio sound card (Firewire Audiophile) and my Hackintosh ! When she is power off, i've no problem, even if the driver is uninstalled. When i install the maudio driver (the latest for my system), i need to reboot. At the first boot, all is ok, i can work on logic during 2 hours (average), but after Logic crash with "Disk too slow or System overload", it make a Freeze ! All that i can is to reboot with the reset button. (The power button no happen) So after this reboot, when i want to restart logic, it make a freeze just when it load the plugins. After the second reboot, it's the same, when i want to use the sound card : for example, just to open a song on itunes, quicktime or preview, it make a eternal freeze ! Please, help me ! info: OSX version : iAtkos v7 10.5.7 Intel E6600 Asus P5N32E Sli plus Kingston DDR2 800 2go (2*1) Samsung Spinpoint F1 750go Twintech 9800GTX+ D-Link Airplus DWL-G520 rev. B Thanks. Xhayn
I found a thing : When i do a "clear cache of extension" & a "reparing permissons" with OSX86 Tool, after reboot i can work on my hackintosh like the first reboot, but now, when i bounce my project of logic, it freeze at the end, at the converting (I see my cpu work at 100%...perhaps it's the problem) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/185539-conflit-m-audio-firewire-audiophile-freeze-crash/#findComment-1260385 Share on other sites
