My system freezes

my specs

 

cpu: intel core i7 920

motherboard asus rampage 2 extreme bios 1406

RAM: corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333 6 gigs

Graphics card Nvidia geforce GTS 250

HD one HITACHI 500 gig windows drive and another HITACHI 160 gig osX drive

 

problem

 

-v readout:

 

Skiping duplicate extension "com.apple.driver.AppleAPIC" with older /same version (1.1.0 -> 1.1.0).

Replacing extension "com.apple.driver.AppleAHCIPort: with newer version (1.5.1 -> 1.7.0)

Extension "com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPlatform" has immediate dependencies on both com.apple.kernel and com.apple.kpi components; use only one style.

Extension "com.apple.driver.AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement " has immediate dependencies on both com.apple.kernel and com.apple.kpi components; use only one style.

Try to delete AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext

 

Boot from cd > Terminal > rm -rf /Volumes/Your_Disk/System/Library/Extensions/AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement.kext

 

and boot with -F -v
