henkdevries Posted September 8, 2009 Share Posted September 8, 2009 Dear Members, I'm trying to get a dualboot with OSX leopard and Windows 7 What have i already done: Install windows 7 left 90 gb unlocated for the osx install Format the 90 gb's into fat32 Format the 90 gb's into ntfs Format the 90 gb's into HFS (but only get 2 gb, correct me if im wrong) Format the 90 gb's into HFS+ i formatted it with Gparted i also checked "Disk Utility" but it didn't show my HDD as well.. But nothing of these things worked.. My Notebook is a MSI GT627 500 GB hard disk 9800m GS Intel p8600 2.4 GHZ 4 GB ram I hope you can help me. vilpostus Posted September 8, 2009 Share Posted September 8, 2009 There are no other way to fix it, than using a different distro. The one that contains the right driver for the on-board SATA controller. Try the older one, then (if no success) a newer one.
