I installed Ideneb 10.5.5


after the installation, in the boot sequence it first comes to the boot screen with apple logo then it shows a blank blue screen for a second and then the screen goes blank , i waited for 10 to 15 mins and still nothing happens



Can someone help me on this problem.

I have a studio 1535 with GM965 video as well, try closing the lid for 15min. Don't open it even though you really want to until 15min. Then you should see a desktop, at that point you can fix the sleeper problem...

Also it needs to be forced to sleep on the battery else this wont work.


I have an Inspiron 1520 with the same minor issue and I set the sleep time on battery to 1 min then maximum on AC Power. Best thing to do is start on battery then plug in AC after if wakes after sleeping
