I tried several fixes I found on the web.. but not one worked for me... Every time I get the same error.. I think I read its a kernel panic to be more specific.. What can I do...? benzidirk
Anyway.. found a solution.... I put the hdd in a Windows based machine and since it was NTFS I deleted the folders (.Trashes) manually and then put it back on the leopard machine... Worked... Scottapotamas
can you boot into verbose mode (-v) and tell us what the panic refers to, if possible photograph and upload... Then you can find the program, or driver that causes the issue, and rectify the issue... I am more than happy to help... Also, info about the hardware that you are running, which version of OSX, etc... would be helpful Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/181871-cant-empty-trash/#findComment-1237569 Share on other sites
